I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, right by the Randa train station and just a short ride to Zermatt. The rooms were spacious and had two private balconies, which was a fantastic bonus. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience was delightful. However, the only downside was the lack of included Wi-Fi, which had to be paid for separately.
